Vannessa Serrano joined ASAP Group in 2019. She is a results-oriented Business Manager with a strong executive acumen gained across several industries including architecture, construction, real estate, property management, financial services, information technology, human resources, and retail at national and international levels. Prior to joining the group, Vannessa held positions of business director and head of global administration obtaining significant achievements in cost savings, process improvements, operational efficiencies, increased customer satisfaction and added revenues. She successfully negotiated and completed the acquisition of a $70 million, 199-unit high-rise condominium in Miami and oversaw the construction-balance completion of the high rise in the capacity of Owner Representative. In addition to her professional background, she is trilingual and possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Management.
