ASAP Group has been subcontracted by Juneau Construction Company to supply, install and remove sheet piles at 435 NW 27th St, Miami, FL. This project consists of a north and south building across the street from each other, both at 8 stories. The two buildings will have a combined 36,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 331,000 square feet of office space. Each building will also have an enclosed parking garage, with 370 spaces in the south garage and 265 spaces in the north garage.
