ASAP Group has been subcontracted by Suffolk Construction Company to supply, install and remove sheet piles for this project. This will be a marina-front residential community featuring 98 three, four, and five-bedroom residences, within three picturesque, six-story residential buildings. Located at PGA Boulevard, the serene oasis is located directly on 11-acres of lushly landscaped waterfront and offers a limited collection of boat slips accommodating vessels up to 75-feet, and sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway with direct waterway access to Lake Worth, Palm Beach Inlet and Jupiter Inlet.
Asap Group has been subcontracted by Hubbard Construction Company to supply, install and remove sheet pile for the Epcot Journey Parking Lot Extension.
ASAP Group has been subcontracted by Brasfield & Gorrie LLC to supply, install and remove sheet piles for a new Federal Courthouse located on 3.5 acres on the Tarpon River in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Compromising of approximately 252,000 gross square feet, the building will include 12 courtrooms and 17 judges’ chambers as well as workspace for complementary federal agencies.
ASAP Group has been subcontracted by Juneau Construction Company to supply, install and remove sheet piles at 435 NW 27th St, Miami, FL. This project consists of a north and south building across the street from each other, both at 8 stories. The two buildings will have a combined 36,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 331,000 square feet of office space. Each building will also have an enclosed parking garage, with 370 spaces in the south garage and 265 spaces in the north garage.
ASAP Group has been awarded a project by Winmar Construction Inc. to begin works on Sunrise Senior Living Facility located at 1000 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL. ASAP Group’s scope of work will be the supply and installation of steel sheet piles as well as the supply, installation and removal of temporary bracing. ASAP Group is excited to work with Winmar Construction Inc. and looks forward to more partnerships in the future!
